The Center of PhenoGenomics (CPG) is specialised in animal experimentation. It contributes to the research excellence by supporting the scientific community through tailored services and by ensuring the highest animal welfare standards in compliance with laws and ethics. To strengthen its team the CPG is looking for a highly motivated and organized lab technician to support a wide range of research projects involving zebrafish development.
Main duties and responsibilities:
Tasks may include (depending on the project needs):
Embryology techniques such as in situ hybridization, immunohistochemistry, cell transplantation, micro-injection of mRNA, etc.
Participate to the smooth running of the facility: monitoring and maintenance of the CLS (Central Life Support) and all its components, maintenance of scientific equipment, weekend duties (once every two months), etc.
