Postdoctoral position available at the University of California, San Francisco to study mechanisms regulating neural stem cell division, self-renewal, and differentiation, using primarily zebrafish (and possibly expanding to mammalian pluripotent stem cells) as model systems [our publications related to this project include Dong et al. Neuron 74: 65 (2012); Sun et al.  Elife 2: e00508 (2013); Berberoglu et al.  Journal of Neuroscience 34: 13911, (2014); Zhao et al., BIORXIV/2020/098012 (Accepted in Sci. Adv. 2021)].  The successful applicant should have a recent PhD in cell biology, developmental biology, neurobiology, biochemistry, molecular biology, or other fields alike, and high-quality publications in peer-reviewed journals.
