POSTDOCTORAL POSITION in TOXICOLOGY in the lab of Jeff Yoder at North Carolina State University (https://jeffyoderlab.wordpress.ncsu.edu/ ).

Conduct research in the field of toxicology using new automated microscopy systems. Work with zebrafish embryos and human cell culture. Study the impact of multiple PFAS on development and immune function .  

Duties & Responsibilities:

Execute laboratory experiments in toxicology and immunotoxicology using in vivo (zebrafish) and in vitro (human cell culture) models. Organize and execute toxicology-based experiments to evaluate computer automated in vivo imaging of zebrafish embryos to manual imaging of embryos. Organize and execute immunotoxicology-based experiments to evaluate the impact of PFAS exposure on zebrafish embryos and human cell lines. Maintain multiple zebrafish lines and human cell culture lines. Supervise undergraduate student researchers.
