Technicians/Research Associates/Post-Docs, Levin Lab, Tufts University, Boston, MA

The Levin lab (http://www.drmichaellevin.org , at Tufts University near Boston) seeks people with hands-on experience with zebrafish (or any aquatic) embryo model system for projects on bioelectric controls of regeneration, brain development/repair, and cancer. A variety of position levels are available (ranging across technicians to research associates and post-docs); the ideal candidate is comfortable with: raising and scoring embryos, phenotypic analysis, microinjection, sectioning, immunohistochemistry, in situ hybridization, surgical manipulations. Additional experience with RNAseq/single cell RNAseq, bioinformatics, transgenics, larva behavior, or microscopy would be great but not required. We are actually using Xenopus, not zebrafish, but if you have that expertise in zebrafish, we'll show you the minor adjustments to be able to do frog embryo work.
