The Zebrafish Anatomy Ontology (ZFA) that describes the development of the zebrafish from embryo to adult has been updated. The ontology is used in the annotation of expression and phenotype. The repository where the ZFA is stored has changed to https://github.com/cerivs/zebrafish-anatomical-ontology. To request new anatomy terms please use the form at https://zfin.org/action/ontology/request-new-anatomy-term. Please include all the information you can about the structure including a publication if available and the stage the structure is first detectable and the stage it ends, if applicable.
