Update:

Since our last post, we have
determined that we actually have obtained zinc finger arrays for three
additional genes that we previously listed as "failed" targets. These
three genes are: Swachmann-Bodian-Diamond Syndrome gene (sbds), vipr1,
and NRF2b (nfe2l2b). Therefore, in total we have successfully obtained
zinc finger array pairs for 28 of the 48 genes we attempted to target in
this solicitation. The full list of these 28 genes is given below.

Many of you have asked for an update about the availability of these
arrays at Addgene. We have now deposited all of these plasmids with
Addgene and several have recently become available. We anticipate that
the remaining arrays will be made available in the weeks ahead as they
are sequence-verified by Addgene. We are also in the process of working
with Addgene to set up a central web page which will contain links to
all of the arrays from this and future solicitations. In the meantime,
arrays that are currently available can be found here: http://www.addgene.org/pgvec1?f=c&identifier=PUBMED.18657511&cmd=findpub
.
