Map Comparison

Comparison of the zebrafish microsatellite and RAPD maps.

Map positions of microsatellite markers on the RAPD panel (positions provided by J. Postlethwait, personal communication) were used to align the microsatellite map (left 'stick' in all figures) and the RAPD map (right 'stick' in all figures). Markers placed on both maps are colored purple and the connections defined by these markers are shown as purple lines.
