1. The best solvent for Morpholinos is water.

2. DEPC can ruin Morpholinos. Use DEPC-free water.

3. Do not keep Morpholinos on ice on the bench top, they may precipitate. Room temperature handling is best.

4. After thawing stored Morpholinos, heat them to 65ÂșC for 10 minutes to ensure that they are completely dissolved
