Make 500xE2C by dissolving 6.0g NaHCO3 in the final volume of 200 ml

add Millipore water to 200 ml
shake to dissolve the reagent
autoclave
aliquot into 20 ml portions (in 50 ml Falcon tubes)
store at -200C
