Make 500xE2C by dissolving 6.0g NaHCO3 in the final volume of 200 ml

• add Millipore water to 200 ml

• shake to dissolve the reagent

• autoclave

• aliquot into 20 ml portions (in 50 ml Falcon tubes)

• store at -200C
