Postdoc Fellow Position, Mendonca Lab, University of Sao Paulo, Sao Paulo, Brazil

The research group is recruiting a highly motivated postdoctoral researcher to work on an innovative project focused on the study of Differences in Sexual Development (DSD). The goal is to establish and characterize a zebrafish animal model, with an emphasis on gonadal differentiation and the investigation of the role of the AMH and DHX37 genes. The project involves techniques such as animal maintenance, CRISPR-Cas9, molecular biology, and bioinformatics to understand the underlying mechanisms of normal and pathological human gonadal development.
